Big Ups to Cheri, Debbie, Nadine, Roma, Todd and Lisa and Lisa R. You were awesome! Next week will be a bit different as we always seek to work all body parts. Make sure you let me know if you have any real muscle strains or problems that are chronic! Stretch over the weekend and get some fiber in your diet.
