The forecast for Monday June 2nd is a comfortable 65 degrees in the early morning and not a cloud in the sky. Today's awesome workout was missed by a couple of people. I think the affliction is called BEACHITIS! On Monday we will ratchet it down a notch as a lot of new people will be joining us and each day we will crank it up a notch until you scream for more.
